Discount

Orders over £150 ex VAT qualify for a 10% discount (excl nappies, metal toys and Montessori materials)

Prices

We will do our best to maintain the prices quoted in the list. However, prices may be subject to change without prior notice, e.g. changes in the VAT rate, supplier increases etc. The invoiced price will be that prevailing at the date of despatch.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of order, providing your requirements are in stock. Mail order goods are dispatched on a 3 day carrier service.

Delivery is:
– free for orders over £100 ex VAT
– £3.75 for orders £50 – £100 ex VAT
– £6.29 for orders under £50

For all deliveries outside mainland Britain, please contact us for a quote for postage.

GOODS MUST BE CHECKED FOR DAMAGES AND CORRECT NUMBER OF PARCELS BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY AND SIGNED FOR ACCORDINGLY.

Claims

Damaged goods or shortages must be notified to Artful Dodgers within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Payment

New customers

Payment with first order required. Please send a cheque or supply credit/debit card details.

For all subsequent orders

Payment within 30 days of date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge 2% per month on overdue accounts. Goods are supplied on a Cash/Cheque/Credit Card basis for first orders unless by prior arrangement. We are pleased to accept local authority requisition orders.

Title

Goods remain property of Artful Dodgers until the relevant sales invoice has been paid in full.
