Credit Card Security

Security is of great importance to us, we aim to provide the highest possible level of security in your transactions. In doing this we use Sagepay security services which uses a 128-bit encrypted secure channel to register the transaction. Sagepay says that it "has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require Sagepay to adhere to all APACS standards".

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose any of your information to third parties.

Prices

We will do our best to maintain the prices quoted. However, prices may be subject to change without prior notice, e.g. supplier increases. The invoiced price will be that prevailing at the date of despatch.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within five working days from receipt of order, providing your requirements are in stock. Goods are despatched by a signed for courier service.

Goods must be checked for damages and correct number of parcels before accepting delivery and signed for accordingly.

Postage and Packing (UK mainland only)

£3.75 for orders £50 – £100 ex-VAT

£6.29 for orders up to £50 ex-VAT

Additional £1.50 charge for next working day delivery (subject to order being received before 1.00 pm).

*Please note for all overseas orders, postage costs will vary. Overseas postage will be added to invoice when goods are packed.
If you are placing an order for delivery overseas and would like to know the cost of postage before we despatch your order, please indicate this at the time of ordering.

Payment

Within 30 days of date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge 2% per month on overdue accounts.

Payment Methods

You can pay by any of the following methods:

1. Credit/debit card over a secure server.
2. Credit/debit card sending card details by fax.
3. Credit/debit card giving us your card details by phone.
4. Paypal Account payment.
5. UK cheque, postal orders, credit/debit  card by sending through post.

Title

Goods remain the property of Artful Dodgers until the relevant sales invoice has been paid in full.

Claims

Damaged goods or shortages must be notified to Artful Dodgers within 48 hours of receipt.

VAT

VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to all our prices. This rate is currently 20%

Colour swatches/samples reproduction

We have tried to make colours on this website as near as possible to the actual colours of the products mostly by taking photographs of the products. However we cannot guarantee this will be an exact match. The appearance of the colour swatches will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution of your monitor.

License to use website

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the website, provided that:
