How to Make a Firework Sculpture

You will need:



Make a conical base from your clay.
Wrap a pom pom on to the end of a pipe cleaner.
Twist and zig zag pipe cleaners.
Arrange in the base.
Use full length pipe cleaners in the middle of your base and cut some in half for the outer sprays.

This project gives children opportunity to develop their fine motor skills by:

Manipulating clay
Bending pipe cleaners
Pushing the pipe cleaners into the clay
